Contact

When you contact Comfort4Men by e-mail using the contact form on our website, we will store your e-mail address (optionally your name), subject and content of your message to answer your questions.
In the contact form, your e-mail address and the content of your message are compulsory statements. All other information is voluntary. The data you submit will not be merged with other data. The data transfer is encrypted, thus unreadable by third parties.

Newsletter

To register for our newsletter, we use the double-opt-in procedure. This means that after stating your e-mail address, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the specified e-mail address asking you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. The confirmation is made by clicking on an activation link contained in the confirmation e-mail. After receiving the confirmation we will send you our newsletter by e-mail. For this purpose, we save your e-mail address until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and the time of registration. The sole purpose of the storage is to send you the newsletter.

Use of our Online-Shop

We store your personal data only if this is necessary for the processing and confirmation of your order.

After completion of the contract, all personal data will be stored in accordance with the legal retention periods.

Mandatory information that is necessary for the execution of the contract is marked separately, further details are voluntary. For the shipment of the goods, we will pass on your address data to a shipping company commissioned by us. To process the payment, we will pass on the required data to the payment service provider you have selected. We work with the following payment service providers: PayPal
The selected payment service provider is responsibility for your payment data.

However, for the purpose of credit assessment there may be an exchange of data with service companies and the Schufa German credit bureau. The protection of your personal data is always taken into consideration here.

We do not pass on your personal data to third parties.

When submitting your order, we only collect data transmitted by your internet browser. These are:

  • used operating system
  • browser type
  • browser version
  • IP address

Publishing your comment on an article will not release any personal information.
