Angelika Weiß (hereafter: COMFORT4MEN) operates the website www.comfort4men.de on the Internet for commercial purposes and offers customers (consumers) goods to purchase on this website, especially articles of clothing.
Scope of application
All deliveries and services rendered to customers by Comfort4Men take place solely on the basis of the following general terms and conditions in their valid form at the time of ordering. Our general terms and conditions become binding with the placing of your order.
Exceptional provisions are declined. Any regulations differing from those here may only come into effect with the expressive, written agreement between a representative of the management of Comfort4Men and the respective customer. All communication within the framework of declarations relevant to the contract shall take place in the German language.
Conclusion of contract
All offers remain subject to alteration with regard to technical and other changes such as in the form, colour and/or weight of the product. The pictures used to describe the goods are photographic examples. They are not in every case a true representation of the article but serve as an illustration. Depending on the monitor screen used, there can be variations particularly in colour and size. The description of the respective article is decisive.
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue inviting an offer to be made. After the customer has given his personal details, confirmed the general terms and conditions and customer information and clicked on the order button (= sending of the order form) in the final step of the ordering process, the customer places a binding order (offer of a conclusion of contract) for the goods/services contained in the shopping basket.
The shopping basket holds all articles which you have noted for ordering during your shopping trip in our shop. At all times you have the option of putting an article back or altering the amount of individual articles. By clicking on [checkout], you start the ordering process. Here you will be asked for your invoicing and delivery address and also the desired mode of dispatch and payment. Before you finally send us the order you will receive a complete overview of all the data given, so that you can check it.
We will confirm the receipt of your order both on the web page that follows and by e-mail. Your order data is stored on our server. If you wish to keep this information, please print out the confirmation page. Comfort4Men is authorised to decline your order partly or completely due to unexpected delivery problems or a negative credit assessment. We will inform you by e-mail of any such problems within three working days of our knowledge of them. If you have already made advance payment for goods that cannot be delivered, we will refund this without being asked.
Postage and packing, delivery and delivery proviso
The amount of shipping costs can be obtained from the product offerings.
Non EU countries
In the case of supply into countries outside of the European Union you do not pay a German value added tax. This is taken off automatically during the order process and indicated with the order overview.
Please consider: With the import into your homeland various additional tariff costs and fees can result.
Payment methods

Advance payment - here we grant you a discount of 2% on the value of the goods
All articles will be sent with DHL/German post.
Delivery time is five working days plus the time taken by the parcel service unless otherwise stated for the article. With advanced payment, delivery time begins with the receipt of payment. In the case of different delivery times for several articles in one order, the total delivery time is the higher delivery time.
Should an article ordered by the customer not be available in an exceptional case, or the delivery time is more than five days from the time of confirmation, then Comfort4Men will within three days inform the customer of the exact delivery date. Alternatively, if delivery is not possible Comfort4Men commits itself to refunding any received payment immediately.
Returns
Socks, pantyhose, stockings, underwear can be returned for hygienic reasons only if they have never been worn, tried on and are not damaged.
Return costs on revocation
You will be responsible for the direct costs connected to the sending back of the goods.
Reservation of propriety rights
If a delivery is made by arrangement with the customer without advance payment, then the goods remain our property until the complete payment has been made. Until transfer of ownership has taken place, a resale, renting, pledging or assigning as security, processing, other dispositioning or redesigning of the goods is not permitted without the explicit consent of Comfort4Men.

Final provisions
If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or special federal funding then
Nuremberg shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising directly or indirectly from this contractual relationship. The same applies if a customer has no domestic place of jurisdiction, a customer has transferred his place of residence or habitual abode abroad since concluding the contract or his place of residence or habitual abode is unknown at the time of initiation of proceedings.
