Comfort4Men Tights / Leggings / Pants are adapted to the male anatomy in an innovative way and in this way are extremely comfortable to wear.

The material used is micro-touch quality ´made in Germany`, certified according to the Oekotex standard 100.

For this reason it is also completely safe to wear them next to the skin.

Comfort4Men, the specialist for innovative, functional and fashionable accessories has now fitted the special, high-comfort pouch already known from other sassy models with silver containing fabric. For good reasons: Silver has the highest thermal conductivity of all metals. It cools if it gets too hot - and creates an excellent temperature for sperm health. It is common knowledge that the best temperature for sperms is some degrees below the body temperature. The fashionable, elegant and anatomical design of the pouch makes this possible.

It is possible that wearing Comfort4Men underpants fitted with a fabric containing precious metal ensures your potency or even increases it. "The term potency is often misinterpreted. From a medical point of view potency refers to the mobility of the sperms." That this mobility depends on temperature has been the subject of scientific studies and proved to be true at numerous occasions. The sperm count is best at a temperature about 1 to 2 degrees below the body temperature. In our modern industrial society the fit of garments is often too tight and, in consequence, to warm for a man's sperms. Extended sitting in the office, car or airplane, possibly with a laptop on your knees and a smart phone in the pocket of your pants, may have a negative impact on sperm quality.
In order to prevent scrotal hyperthermia which may lead to a decrease of fertility, men living in hot countries often do not wear any underwear under loose fitting pants or sarongs as, for example, in Samoa or Myanmar. In the Western world Comfort4Men now introduces a pouch consisting of silver containing fabric as a contribution to maintaining or improving a man's physical well-being.

Our support tights are available with the following compression strengths:

8-10 mmHg ( = specific value for our 'Comfort4Men 20 + 40 DEN' compression pantyhose )
12-15 mmHg ( = specific value for our 'Comfort4Men 70 DEN' compression pantyhose )
18-20 mmHg ( = specific value for our 'Comfort4Men 140 DEN' compression pantyhose )

Neither the support nor the compression is directly interlinked with the 'DEN' value!

There is a difference between support tights and compression tights.

Support tights have a preventative effect if they are worn soon enough. They exert an even pressure on the legs and in this way support the tissue.

The support or compression strength is measured in mmHg. This is the short form for the unit of measurement in millimetres of mercury (Hg is the chemical symbol for mercury) within the metric system, which in medical diagnostics expresses physical pressure. This unit is used amongst other things for measuring blood pressure. 1 mm Hg = the pressure exerted by one millimetre of mercury.

The support strength is divided into three support classes:

Class 1 = light (6-8 mmHg)
Class 2 = medium (10-12 mmHg)
Class 3 = strong (14-16 mmHg)

These support classes are unfortunately not standardized, which means that the actual support strength can vary with different models. Support tights are not yet available on prescription.

The support classes should not be confused with the medical compression classes used for compression tights. It is important that the course of pressure decreases from bottom to top: high support pressure around the heel area, decreasing from here in the direction of the thigh. If tights do not have this course of pressure, they have a counterproductive effect.

There are four compression classes

Compression class 1 = light (18-21 mmHg)
Compression class 2 = medium (23-32 mmHg)
Compression class 3 = strong (34-46 mmHg)
Compression class 4 = very strong (more than 49 mmHg)

We offer Pantyhose/Tights/Leggings with high waist and low waist.

We have specially adapted the upper part of the tights to the male anatomy. Likewise the waistline height. You can choose between two different waistline heights.

Variant 'high waist'

In the high waistline variant the waistline is the same height back and front.

Variant 'low waist'

In the low waistline variant the waistline is approx. 5 cm lower than in the high waistline variant. In addition to this, the waistline is lower at the front than the back. This means that the tights do not slip down so easily when bending down.

Here you will find the difference in opacity for our pantyhose/tights with support.

As you can see on the pictures below the transparency of our Comfort4Men pantyhose with support is not like regular compression wear. It is more like sheer pantyhose due to its special kind of open structured knitting.
